  • The $100 Summit registration fee does not include hotel or travel expenses. Hotel and travel arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

  • All participants will receive a confirmation within 5 business days after registration payment has been received and registration is finalized.  Confirmations will be issued via email, fax, or phone.

  • Please do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation noting that you have a place at the Summit.
