Thank you for providing your registration information. No registrations will be accepted or processed without payment of registration fee. Confirmations will be issued for complete registrations. Remember that the registration fee does not include hotel or travel expenses. Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive confirmation of your payment.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellation must be received prior to September 13 to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.  Refunds will not be issued after September 6, 2005.
