Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA) of 1994,
the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system was formed to
establish a "single face to industry" for the Federal
government. All companies doing business with the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) must be registered with CCR. This Product
and Service Information database was established to supplement CCR
records with technology related product and service information that
will assist in performing the vital mission of securing our
homeland.
