During the late 90s, the Public Forum Institute convened a series of Power Summits to examine the nationwide process of transitioning to a competitive electric utility market.

As energy and environmental issues continue to face our country in the 21st century, the Forum looks to engage the American public in a national discourse on the future delivery of energy and its effects on the environment.
