Dr. Gregory Kornhaber
NJCST Post Doctorate grant recipient at ExSAR Corp.

Dr. Gregory Kornhaber recently graduated from UMDNJ and Rutgers Graduate School of the Molecular Biosciences. His mentor was the director of the NorthEast Structural Genomics Consortium, Gaetano Montelione, and his thesis was one part biomolecular NMR and one part computational. A focus of this research was on metal-ligated protein structures. Along with ExSAR Corporation, Kornhaber is a recipient of an NJCST Industrial Postdoctoral fellowship, which will allow him to conduct research into possible cures for Tay-Sachs and Tay-Sachs related diseases.

Kornhaber is happily married, a proud father of a soon-to-be three year old girl, and enjoys living in Flemington, NJ.
