Ms. Coviello has over seventeen years of banking experience, with the last eight focused exclusively on the NJ Technology Lending Market. Most recently she was with Silicon Valley Bank as the Bank’s New Jersey point of contact. She had also worked for two other financial institutions in the same capacity, both which withdrew from the NJ Technology Lending Market

Ms. Coviello was named “Financiers of the Year” by the New Jersey Technology Council in June of 2003 and had been a finalist in June 2001. She is a former board member for the New Jersey Technology council, and former President of the LaSalle MBA Alumni Association. She has also served as a guest lecturer for: LaSalle University, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the New Jersey Capital Conference, and the New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum. She has also served as a judge of the NJ Venture Fair.

Ms. Coviello received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Albright College in Reading, PA in May of 1988, and was a dean’s list scholar with a 4.0 grade point average in her major. In 1992, She received her Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA, where she was again a member of the Dean’s List.

Ms. Coviello resides in Hillsborough, NJ with her husband and three children
