Shipping Information

To ensure proper handling of your materials, you are encouraged to bring your exhibit with you.  If it is necessary to ship your materials in advance, please send it to your hotel or local office.  A Federal Express pick-up has been scheduled for Thursday, July 11.  Please bring your prepared packing slips with you.

Expected Participants

The Expo will provide an opportunity for small business owners to educate the U.S. Congress and others on the products currently being developed and produced that will help efforts to protect our homeland.  Fifty American small businesses will be participating.

  

Speakers

A press conference will be held on Wednesday, July 10 during the Expo.  Speakers will include the Honorable Tom Ridge, Director, Office of Homeland Security; The Honorable Hector Barreto, Administrator, Small Business Administration; Senator Christopher S. Bond and Senator John F. Kerry, among others.

 

Reception

Please plan on joining us for a reception to be held Wednesday, July 10 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the exhibit hall.  This is a great opportunity to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while networking with members of Congress, federal agency officials, other small business exhibitors and invited guests.

 

Electricity/Internet

Electricity and Internet hook-ups will be available.  Plan on bringing your own extension cords and power strips.
